I went to another session of “Ashtanga yoga” at Bally Fitness yesterday. Although it was tough to keep focused on the poses and flow because of all the extraneous activity going on in the gym, in the end it still felt like a yoga session. I felt that my body had been cleansed and purified from head to foot. It may not have had the bonuses of TranquilSpace, but it was satisfying.
The only downside is the schedule (Friday, 6:30 and Sunday, 10:30) and the short drive I have to take for each class.
