As I have move beyond being a novice at yoga, I have found that meditation is increasingly important in my practice. I started out learning Sahaj Samadhi method as taught by the Art of Living Foundation. I have been increasingly drawn to mediation as practiced within the Buddhist tradition, especially Vipassana. Meditation has become central to keeping a balanced, calm mind.
